If you are the designated Subscription Contract Manager, you need your User ID and password. Your user ID is typically the email address used to set up your contract.
As the Contract Manager, you will have received an email from “Autodesk Subscription Support Team” containing your Subscription Center login and password along with a personal access url. The subject of the email was “Your Subscription Center Account is Ready”.

If you are not the Contract Manager, you may be able to access the Subscription Center directly from your Autodesk product via InfoCenter under the Help menu.
Otherwise you will need an email invitation via your Contract Manager to access the Subscription Center.

This person is likely to be the individual responsible for managing licences of Autodesk software at your company.

If you know your User ID, request your login information from http://pointa.autodesk.com/local/enu/portal/request_password.jsp.
Contact your reseller who can access the Subscription Center on your behalf and check which email address was used on your Subscription account.
Go online and submit a Help Request directly to Autodesk:
